Social events will make IDC09 a memorable occasion of getting in touch with colleagues in the fascinating frame of the Como lake, one of the most beautiful natural and cultural resorts of Italy.

• Wednesday evening: welcome reception right after the first keynote speech
• Thursday evening: gala dinner on the shore of the Como lake
• Friday evening: Como for Children (C4C) competition celebration at Villa del Grumello

Lunch will be offered to workshop attendees and to conference attendees all days.
